The Unlock Clinic Appointment and Fee Policies:

Payment Options:
- Payments are due 48 hours prior to the appointment via BACS.
- Cash payments are accepted at the end of the therapy session.
- Card payments are not available.

Cancellation Policy:
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours result in a 50% fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours result in the full treatment fee.

Missed Session Fee:
- Clients missing a session without notice will be charged the full treatment fee.
- The missed session fee must be paid before scheduling future sessions.

Rescheduling:
- Reschedule requests with at least 48 hours’ notice incur no additional fees.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% treatment fee.

Late Arrivals:
- Clients are encouraged to be punctual.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with the full fee applied.
